How To: Swarovski Cosmic Rush Necklace
I have eyes these Swarovski Cosmic Rings for years because they are so beautiful and full of fire and color. Lately in jewelry fashion I have been seeing a lot of gorgeous layered chain necklaces with fabulous crystal adornments. I had to try and make something like that. I have been playing around with the idea and I think I have it down perfect.
This all Swarovski Cosmic Ring is easy if your chain and bicones are sized right so here is what I used!
You will need:
Find the center of your chain by folding the chain perfectly in 1/2. Take your 9mm open Jump Ring and start to like in on to the center link of chain, add your Swarovski Cosmic Ring.
This chain link will determine the links that you use from here on out. Anytime I make a dangle or bobble design I use each link that is facing the same direction.
Jump Ring on the Swarovski Crystal Cosmic Rings on to the chain links. Starting with the center do one on each side and then the other so your center bead stays in the center or the chain.
Once all of your Cosmic Rings are attached to the chain you are ready to pick up the gold wire to attach the Swarovski Bicones.
Kink one side of the wire to prevent slippage... Its nice to not have to worry about the bicones slipping off the back.
Starting from one side place two bicones on the wire then slide the wire under the jump ring and add two more bicones....slip the wire under the third jump ring continue until the end.
In between each of the jump rings there should be two crystals.
Make a wrapped loop on one side of the wire
Image 1: Tighten the loose ends of the gold wire and repeat the wrapped look on the other end.
Image 2: Open the next chain link that is facing the same direction as the Swarovski Cosmic Rings. Attach each side the loops to the chain and close the chain back up with your flat nose pliers.
Image 3: Attach your toggle to the end and enjoy!
