Art and Soul Beads is one of the first online bead boutiques. On artandsoulbeads.com we curate all of the beads, jewelry, how-to blogs and videos at our store in Louisville, KY.  We love teaching aspiring jewelry designers new tricks of the trade while providing unique quality beading materials to see your designs though. Inspiration is our main focus when it comes to jewelry making. Be sure you browse our own handcrafted jewelry collections handmade with love. Recently we moved to the beautiful Crescent Hill area on Frankfort Ave in Louisville, KY. Our store houses hundreds of beads, findings, supplies, unique and antique beading materials. We also curate other handmade jewelry designers like Juliya, our resident metal smith of Vox Aesthetice, she is here 4 days a week teaching classes on her craft and making jewelry at her workshop space. We offer handmade clothing by our store-in-store Betty Jefferies We all believe that a piece of jewelry looks great with a fabulous dress. 


    Shipping & Returns


    — We try to ship all orders within 2-10 business days, Mon-Fri. PLEASE NOTE Due to demand on some products Art and Soul Ships every order first come first serve. We strive to ship orders out in the allowed time. PLEASE give your self extra days for fulfillment if ordering Artistic Wire Bulk Spools

    NOTE - Jewelry is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks form shipping as we handmade each piece and may have to shop items to create the custom pieces.

    — You will be able to select your shipping preference at any time prior to checkout. We have many shipping options available so you can decide how you would like to have your order handled. In order to keep your shipping costs down we offer USPS Priority and First Class Mail.

    — We expedited orders as follows: Next Day & Express, Will Call, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select receive priority and ship the same day if the order is placed by 2 PM ET. Please contact us for more details on this subject.

    — Shipping charges can change due to customer add on items or for international shipments. You will be notified for approval before any additional charges for shipping are applied.

    — We do not ship any orders C.O.D.

    — For Delivery notification you must select UPS, USPS Priority or Express.

    Shipping Insurance

    The following shipping options DO NOT include insurance and are selected at the customer's risk:

    • Northern US: 2-8 days (+ one day for rural/remote areas)
    • Eastern US: 2-8days
    • Southern US: 2-8 days
    • Western US: 3-10 days (Mississippi to West Coast)

    • USPS First Class Mail may take up to 10 days.
    • UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box
    • Recipient's responsibility: Taxes and Duties

    Lost Packages

    Occasionally a package sent by UPS or USPS is lost due to no fault of our own. All UPS, and USPS Express (Including International Express) include insurance coverage. If you selected these shipping methods and a package is lost, we will reship the order. You may be required you to sign a claim confirming you have not received your order. This will allow us to be reimbursed by the shipping company.

    Please remember that packages sent USPS First Class Mail do not have insurance coverage. Select these at your own risk.

    Return Policy

    — We will accept returned items for up to 30 days of the order. Please call and let us know that your will be returning products before sending them back.

    — Items must accompany invoice.

    — You will receive a full refund minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee (20% for all products 4mm & smaller, all jewelry kits and all finished jewelry) as long as the items are unused, in the original packaging and in new condition. 


    — If you receive an order with a missed or incorrect item, please let us know via email. We will correct the mistake immedialtely and send a return label and postage for you to make any return.

    • If you order an item that is out of stock, you may:
    • Select an alternate item.
    • Back order the item. We will ship the back order free shipping once the item is in stock.
    • Have the charge for the out of stock item reversed.

    — We will contact you via email & telephone regarding out of stock items. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable amount of time, we will ship your remaining order and reverse the charge on your credit card.
